Is your platform available on premise?
Our platform is not available on premise. We use several cloud services that are best of industry, and we cannot guarantee the same level of performance if we were to replace them with an on-premise solution.
How do you ensure that my data is being securely processed on your platform?
We take data security very seriously and have implemented various measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of our customers' data. Our cloud architecture is AWS certified, and we use ISO/SOC2 certified components to ensure the highest level of security in our systems. Additionally, we follow industry-standard security practices, such as encryption and access controls, to protect data both in transit and at rest. Our security team continuously monitors our systems to ensure they remain secure, and we regularly review and update our security protocols to stay ahead of emerging threats.
Can we opt-out certain subprocessors?
Yes, depending on the specific service or component that we are using, we may be able to exclude certain subprocessors.
Is there a free trial available?
At this moment, we don't offer a free trial of our platform. Since our software is designed for B2B use cases, it requires some implementation from our side to fully integrate with your existing systems and workflows. We don't offer a standalone product that you can use without our intervention. Do you offer data labeling services?
While our primary focus is on building andevolving our product, we recognize the importance of high-quality data formachine learning and AI projects. As such, we have established a partnershipwith Enlabeler to provide data labeling services to our customers.Additionally, we can make use of pre-trained language models (LLMs) from ourside to kickstart new projects.
